Allegiance Maternity Management
The Allegiance Maternity Management Program supports and assists you by providing healthy, pregnancy-related information.
Your personal maternity nurse will be available to talk to you throughout your pregnancy either by phone or through secure email. Your nurse will continue to be a resource for you during
your first few weeks as a new mother.
To participate, you must:
- Register as early in your pregnancy as possible
- Check in with your nurse regularly throughout your pregnancy
- Complete the Post Pregnancy Assessment
The Allegiance Maternity Management program is available to you at no additional costs and provides incentives for participation.
