The Kwik Trip Health Plan is self-insured. This means there is no insurance company paying claims; Kwik Trip pays for claims directly once a coworker/dependent satisfies the annual deductible. Healthcare costs are Kwik Trip’s third largest operating expense. We ask our coworkers to be proactive in seeking high-quality, low cost care options. Making smart healthcare choices helps Kwik Trip retain the high level of benefits we offer to our coworkers.

To assist you with this, Kwik Trip has opened three Kwik Trip Center for Health – operated by Marathon Health – and located in:

• La Crosse
• Appleton
• Middleton

All coworkers and their enrolled dependents age 6 and older are able to use these clinics.

Visits to Kwik Trip Center for Health are subject to a $20 copay for HDHP coworkers and $0 copay for coworkers on the LDHP.
