The Kwik Trip Health Plan is self-insured. This means there is no insurance company
paying claims; Kwik Trip pays for claims directly once a coworker/dependent satisfies
the annual deductible. Healthcare costs are Kwik Trip’s third largest operating expense.
We ask our coworkers to be proactive in seeking high-quality, low cost care options. Making smart
healthcare choices helps Kwik Trip retain the high level of benefits we offer to our
coworkers.
To assist you with this, Kwik Trip has opened three Kwik Trip Center for Health
– operated by Premise Health – and located in:
- La Crosse
- Appleton
- DeForrest
Visits to Kwik Trip Center for Health locations are available at a $0 cost.
To search for other providers in your assigned network, please click on the appropriate link below. Networks will be determined by the zip code that the coworker resides in, and your network logos will be on your Health Plan ID Card.
