Network Providers are organizations that include local physicians and healthcare
professionals in your area. A network provider is not an insurance company or HMO.
Rather, it is a collection of healthcare providers who agree to submit claim
forms on your behalf and accept an agreed-upon payment,
so you do not acquire any surprise bills.
You will be responsible for any remaining deductible or coinsurance outside of
what the plan pays for Eligible Charges
