Your provider network is comprised of three tiers :
Tier 1 Providers are St. Peter’s Health Family Providers,
Tier 2 Providers are designated as St Peter “Friendly Providers,”
Tier 3 Providers are the Cigna PPO Network which includes physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers
throughout the United States including Montana.
Members on the Out of Area Plan, please note that you may use any in-network provider in your area.
Tiers will not apply.

only then can you use a Cigna provider. Click
