The Reid Hospital network (Tier 1) includes Reid Hospital facilities and providers. This network has the highest benefit percentage level and will include services provided through Reid Hospital, Reid Outpatient Surgery and Endoscopy (ROSE), and Reid Physician Associates.

The CIGNA Open Access Plus Network includes physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers throughout the United States. These providers will process at the in-network benefit percentage level.
