providers AND Cigna – In Network providers. Please refer to your SPD for more information.
Tier 1 benefits are available when services are provided by Rush Hospital facilities and providers.
This network has the highest benefit percentage level.
Dialysis providers within the Cigna Network are also considered Tier 1.
The CIGNA Open Access Plus Network includes physicians, hospitals,
and ancillary providers throughout the United States.
These providers will process at the in-network benefit percentage level.
