It is important to verify that your Physician participates in the Cigna PPO network because your Preventive Care plan only covers in-network benefits. Use the options below to search for Cigna PPO participating providers. We also recommend referring to your plan document for a full description of available Physician and Office Visit benefits.

You can search for an in-network Cigna PPO Provider in two ways:

• Log into your account on the Allegiance Member Portal, then click on the Provider Search tab. Follow the prompts to continue your search.
• Click the button below to begin your search through our online Provider Search tool. Be sure to enter your Member ID number or Social Security number when prompted to receive accurate results according to your health plan benefits.
