Network Providers are organizations that include local physicians and healthcare professionals in your area.
Tier 1 providers will process at the highest benefit level of the plan.
Tier 2 providers are those participating in the Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) network.
You will be responsible for any remaining deductible or coinsurance outside of what the plan pays for Eligible Charges.
