The MCAHCT health plans utilize the Allegiance and Cigna Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Networks.
These Networks include physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers throughout the United States.
When you choose an in-network provider, you will not be balance-billed for providers’
fees greater than the Maximum Eligible Expense. You will still be responsible for Co-insurance,
Deductible or for services not covered by the plan.
