You receive the best price and the highest level of benefits by using Aspen Valley Hospital. When services are not available at AVH, you will still receive a high level of benefits by using a Preferred Provider. Non-Preferred Cigna benefits will not apply to anyone living outside the 85 mile radius from the AVH main campus
