Health First wants to do our part to help you live a healthy lifestyle. That means focusing on both your physical and mental health. The following programs and added benefits are here to assist you with your personal journey.
Active&Fit Fitness Membership - Improving your physical health is important. The Active&Fit® Exercise Program gives associates:
- No-cost access to a fitness center or select YMCA
- The option to work out at home using up to two home fitness kits per year (34 to choose from)
- Healthy Aging materials four times a year (online or by mail)
- A newsletter four times a year (online, by email or by mail)
- Other web tools like a fitness center search and online classes
For Dependents the Active&Fit Membership has a $25 Enrollment fee and a monthly fee of $25. Dependents will select their gym through myCignaWellness and enroll with the gym directly.
Diabetes Programs – Health First Health Plans offers diabetic education for qualifying members.
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) – Medical Nutrition Therapy is a service that helps you choose the right foods to eat for a specific health condition, including significant weight loss or weight gain. You can qualify if you are overweight, underweight or have: diabetes, severe kidney disease, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure or high cholesterol.
To get started and see if you qualify, follow these simple steps:
- Visit myHFHP.org/schedule.
- Click Imaging, Labs and Other Services.
- Choose to log in with your email and password or continue as a guest.
- Select Medical Nutrition Therapy.
- Continue filling out the requested information to set up your appointment

Present your member ID at:
- Health First's Pro-Health & Fitness Center to receive a 25 percent discount on massage treatments.
- Revolutions Cyclery and receive a 10 percent discount on parts, clothing, and accessories. With locations in Melbourne and Suntree, the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Revolutions Cyclery is ready to share the passion of cycling.
- Running Zone and receive a 10 percent discount on merchandise. Located on Wickham Road across from Eastern Florida State College, Running Zone has everything you need to help you get started with a walking, running or triathlon training program — or take your existing routine to the next level.
Cosmetic Services
Did you know that in addition to your Health First benefits discounts, we also offer associate discounts for cosmetic services at our Dermatology and Plastic Surgery offices?
This includes:
Cosmetic injections – such as Botox and Juvederm
Aesthetic services – such as facials, peels, lasers, etc.
Body and Facial cosmetic procedures (10% off surgeon’s fee only)
